Shipping policy

WINE ORDERS

Generally, we process wine orders at weekends. However, if you need your order to ship quicker, then please do get in touch and of course we will do our best to help get it to you sooner.

In practice, that means that if you order wine on Monday 1st, your order will be prepared by Sunday 7th and will ship on the next working day, i.e. the following Monday 8th.

We use a ParcelForce express24 service for wine orders, which means that your order will arrive within 2 days after shipping.

NON-WINE ORDERS

These are typically despatched within 24 hours of your order being received and usually shipped using a standard, 2-day EVRI courier service.

SPLITTING ORDERS

Please note that large orders might be split into multiple deliveries. For example if you order 8 bottles of wine, usually you will receive a case of 6 and a separate mini case containing the remaining two bottles.

Where an order contains both wine and non-wine items, they will likely be fulfilled separately and ship via different couriers.
