Moul'Flex - 28 Mini Fluted Bordelais Portions

Mini Canelé Moul’flex with 28 forms specially designed for cooking these famous pastries from Bordeaux.

Suitable for hot and cold preparations alike.

Mould : absorbs heat and distributes it evenly; very good caramelisation of pastries.
High quality pure platinum silicone : very flexible mould ; guaranteed peroxide-free.
Sturdy : withstands temperatures from -40°C to +280°C.
Smooth inner surface: natural non-stick and easy turning out.
Grease before first use. Baking in traditional oven, microwave oven or bain-marie.

Do not heat with empty forms, place under a grill, or use sharp objects on the tray.

Tip: put the mould on a grate or a perforated baking tray for a better flow of hot or cold air.
