Resist without breaking when placed empty on any direct heat source, neither sudden rises in temperature will effect Delight cookware.
The high resistant glaze is naturally non-stick, and consequently easier to clean. It does not retain unpleasant odours and offers a long-lasting surface which does not scratch.
