With it sleek curves, the Emile Henry Oval oven dish is ideal for the elegant serving of meat or vegetables. The high sides are ideal for preparing gratins or tians, and the large handles make it easy to manipulate and transfer from the oven directly to the table.

Made from HR ceramic (High Resistance), the heat is evenly diffused for controlled, natural cooking. It can be transferred from the freezer to the oven or microwave, and used under the grill up to 270C.

The resistant glaze protects from scratches and chipping, and everyday cleaning in the dishwasher. Made in France, this product is guaranteed 10 years.
