Minervois AOP Rouge, 2017

Château Lacbleu's 2017 Minervois is a dark ruby red wine with very fruity aromas of red cherry and crushed strawberry. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes, it has well-structured and elegant tannins with powerful flavours of blackcurrant, liquorice and black pepper. A lingering aftertaste makes it perfect for barbeques, roasted poultry, fried beef steak or roasted lamb.
