This three-piece prep set includes a paring knife, a serrated utility knife, and a 20cm chef’s knife, covering everything from delicate detail work to heavier cutting. The paring knife’s short, fine blade is ideal for peeling, trimming, and precise decorative cuts. Each knife is 100% forged from a single piece of nitrogen-enriched 4116 NITRO+ stainless steel, offering durability, balance, and long-lasting sharpness. With a hardness of 58–60 HRC and a fine cutting angle, they deliver consistent performance and edge retention.
