Moul'flex with 8 forms perfect for making traditional Bordeaux Canelé cakes.
Suitable for hot and cold preparations alike.
Black mould : absorbs heat and distributes it evenly; very good caramelisation of pastries.
High quality pure platinum silicone : very flexible mould ; guaranteed peroxide-free.
Sturdy : withstands temperatures from -40°C to +280°C.
Smooth inner surface: natural non-stick and easy turning out.
Grease before first use. Baking in a traditional oven, microwave oven or bain-marie.
Do not heat with empty forms. Do not place under a grill. Do not use sharp objects on the tray.
Put the mould on a grate or a perforated baking tray for a better flow of hot or cold air.
Hand washing recommended.
