Revolution Complete Mandolin

The Revolution Mandoline from de Buyer has a new double horizontal blade: scalloped and fluted/serrated to cut all fruits and vegetables, even the softest and citrus fruits. Comes with 3 Julienne blades: 2, 4 and 10mm - aswell as a cube system for cutting cubes 2, 4 and 10mm and lozenges. With a grooved plate for better slide. Julienne blade stand is embedded into the frame. Composite carriage and round pusher in brushed stainless steel with rotation control system for easy and smooth cutting of cubes and lozenges.
