Sublime is made from a new ceramic technology, designed to do all kinds of cooking better than other materials.
It can handle the high heat of searing, frying or barbecuing, but also gentle cooking at low temperatures, so the sugars in a caramel sauce or custard are gently heated without burning or overcooking.
The new Emile Henry Sublime Round Casserole distributes heat gently through the pan, better than any other metal, including cast iron or stainless steel, and is 50% lighter than these materials. Can be used over a direct flame, with gas, electric, charcoal or gas barbeques, in the oven, microwave and dishwasher friendly...what can't it do?
The wide knob on the lid provides a stable grip and doubles as a spoon rest. Sturdy, open, oversized handles for easy and confident transport. Designed with a generous, curved base for easy stirring and cleaning.
