Our foie gras Medallion terrine allows you to make your own delicious foie gras and serve it in perfectly round slices.
Very easy to use, the terrine offers an ingenious system for pressing the foie gras and collecting the fat. Specifically designed for a high quality duck or goose liver up to 500g, the lid acts as a press during cooking and the fat falls naturally into the designated area. The lid also moulds the foie gras into a medallion shape when maturing.
Made from HR ceramic (High Resistance), our terrine can withstand temperatures up to 270C/520F, and is guaranteed 10 years.
The attractive design and bright colours means you can serve the terrine directly on the table, keeping your foie gras cool ! A wide range of ovenware made from HR Ceramic (High Resistance), for use in the oven up to 270C (520F).
