Your pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in a traditional pizza oven. The smooth surface is ideal to knead and stretch the dough, as well as for garnishing the pizza. All that's left to do is to place it in the oven to get a nice crispy crust.
The large handles make the Pizza Stone easy to remove from the oven and serve on the table. Practical, it will keep your pizza hot right through the meal and you can cut your portions directly on the ceramic surface.
