Efficient from baking to presentation, our new Tart Dish distributes heat evenly and very gently, which prevents dough from drying out.

Lightly buttering the dish before placing the dough in it is enough to ensure an easy release of the tart. In addition, sprinkling some sugar over the butter results in a slightly caramelized crust.

Need to reheat a slice of quiche the next day? Our new Tart Dish is microwave safe.

Its very resistant, smooth and shiny glaze is fit for everyday uses : cutting directly inside, repeated passes in the dishwasher, and even cleaning with an abrasive sponge!
